This time it’s a dessert. A tasty one at that, I promise!
Cinnamon apricots
……………………………….Heat oven at 180 degrees c.
……………………………….2 tins apricot halves in syrup
4/5 teaspoons of cinnamon
Brown sugar (as much as you want….I normally just throw it into the dish! About 1 oz perhaps?)*Put all ingredients into an ovenproof serving dish!
*Heat through for 15-20 mins until bubbling.
* Serve with ice-creamN

Sounds good – do you think I could do it with Peaches as I never buy tinned Apricots?

Yes, I’m sure you could, but I think the apricots are slightly nicer for this recipe.
I know it would make it slightly more frugal to make it with tinned peaches as folk normally have them in their store-cupboards…
So yes… let me know if peaches are nice done this way.
